Preschool Classes

Teeny Tots
Age 6 months to 15 months. Children must be 6 months old by the first day of class. This is a class that builds on
crawling, walking, climbing and swinging through songs and exploration with ONE adult participating with these activities while the instructor guides and teaches skills to enhance body coordination,
movement skills and spatial awareness.

Parent and Tot 1
Age 15 months to 24 months. Children must be 15 months old by the first day of class. At this age children will explore
basic motor development through warm-ups and beginner gymnastics
skills with ONE adult participating with these activities while the
instructor guides and teaches skills to enhance body coordination,
movement skills and spatial awareness.

Parent and Tot 2
2: Age 24 months to 36 months. Children must be 24 months old by the first day of class. At this age children will explore
basic motor development through warm-ups and beginner gymnastics
skills with one adult participating with these activities while the instructor
guides and teaches skills to enhance body coordination and movement
skills. This class helps build confidence and encourages independence
through activities like rolling, jumping, hanging and balancing!

Tiny Tots: 3 year olds
Children must be 3 or older
by the first day of class for the session that they are enrolling in (no
exceptions). At this age, children will explore basic motor development
through warm-ups and beginner gymnastics skills. This class is
structured and promotes good listening habits. Students will be
introduced to a variety of directional words such as, up/down, in/out,
over/under, through/around etc. Positive reinforcement and a fun
learning environment at ACPR Gymnastics is a great place to start your
child’s physical development. This is an independent class.

Tumble Tots: 4 year olds
Age 4 (ALL 4 YEAR OLDS): This class is a structured program with emphasis on introducing gymnastics skills in a positive, safe, and FUN environment. At this age, children will develop self-
confidence while increasing their agility, strength and flexibility. Skill
development will include all the basic skills for beginner gymnastics.
Repetition is extremely important at this age to help develop confidence
and strong basics. Gymnastics is a great stepping stone for all sports.

Terrific Tots: 4-5-year olds
Give your 4 or 5-year-old a great start with this structured beginner gymnastics program! In a safe and FUN setting, children will learn all the foundational gymnastics skills. Our focus is on repetition to ensure they build strong basics and self-confidence. Beyond the mat, your child will see significant increases in their agility, strength, and flexibility. Gymnastics provides essential motor skills that serve as a perfect stepping stone for any future athletic endeavor.
